Governor arrangement drawing to go here

South winder governor and expansion gear  general arrangement (FoPP/JST)

The arrangement on the original Worsley Mesnes South winder is unknown but it may have replicated that of the North.  That of the  1900 Reader winder is better understood whilst that of the 1922 South winder is fully documented

The Reader  governor was a cross-arm pseudo parabolic centrifugal type.

Further details and photos to follow.

The Markham governor is a modified version of the Hartnell spring loaded centrifugal Hartnell type.

Full details and photos to follow.
